Budvar Dark voted World's Best Dark Lager.
The World’s Best Beers have been crowned by Beers of the World, the international consumer beer magazine and Budvar Dark scooped the prize for the World's Best Lager after winning the Best Dark Lager Category.
An international panel of judges tasted their way through hundreds of entries from the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Australia and beyond to find the winners of each style. These style winners then went head to head at a blind tasting event, where the UK’s top brewers selected the best beers in each category: World’s Best Standard Lager, World’s Best Premium Lager etc.
The beers that made it through were sent back to the judges for the final round, and it was here that Budvar Dark was crowned the World's Best Lager.
There are less than 100 outlets that supply Budvar Dark on tap and most of them are inside the M25 so come and enjoy this magnificent beer in our friendly local pub.

Our new beer is brewed using only the highest quality ingredients such as the purist artesian water from our own 300 meter deep wells, the female cones of the highest quality hops grown in the Sazz region of the Czech Republic and four types of coloured special barley malt. Our Budweiser Budvar Dark Premium lager is known for its bold, dark colour, slightly bitter caramel flavour and the superior aroma of roasted malt that will be particularly appreciated by lovers of good lager and good beer.
